1. **Fees and Charges**

   - Supercharged Sellers charges a customized non-refundable deposit for listing your vehicle across various media services, including but not limited to Facebook and other free listing platforms. An additional fee will apply if listing services through paid platforms such as Carsales, Trading Post, Auto Trader, eBay, etc., are required. The upfront fee quoted verbally excludes GST; however, the final amount payable, including GST, will be detailed in the PDF invoice provided.

2. **Enhanced Advertising**

   - If you elect to increase the visibility of your advertisements through artificially boosted search results, Supercharged Sellers will charge for the boost service plus an additional fee for setup, invoicing, and related administrative tasks.

3. **Liability**

   - Supercharged Sellers shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the sale of the vehicle, including but not limited to mechanical failures experienced by the new owner, or issues arising during test drives with potential buyers. This non-liability extends to all employees and agents of Supercharged Sellers, including Ethan Wakeling.

4. **Eligibility of Assets**

   - Supercharged Sellers will only accept vehicles or assets for sale if they are registered in the name of the client, a company director, sole trader, joint venture partner, or other authorized entity with legal ownership asset.

5. **Disclosure of Asset Conditions**

   - Clients must disclose, prior to listing, if the asset is a write-off, a repairable write-off, marked as stolen on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR), or encumbered by any finance. This disclosure is necessary before Supercharged Sellers can accept the asset for listing.

6. **Commission Agreement**

   - The commission structure for the sale of the vehicle will be discussed, documented, and signed by both parties prior to the commencement of the sale. The details of this agreement will be in compliance with relevant legislation.
